The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-
J.A.Stack, trainer of Solana Beach (off feed) - €200.152A Irish Stallion Farms EBF Race
D.P. McDonogh, rider of Dancing Destiny, trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was pushed off the track turning in. The Raceday Stewards reviewed how the runners rounded the home bend and were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
152B €5 General Admission On June 12th M'dnThe Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Al Haarith, trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
C.D. Hayes, rider of Hope N Pray, trained by Jarlath P.Fahey, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that he had to check at the five and a half furlong mark. The Raceday Stewards reviewed the recording of the race and were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
S. Foley, rider of Suspicious Mindz (GB), trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran keen.
152C Fiver Fridays At Fairyhouse Rated RaceS. Foley, rider of Kindergarten, trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got tight for room early on.
152D Irish Stallion Farms EBF Med. Auct. RaceThe Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident inside the final furlong involving Tina's Indian, ridden by G.M. Ryan, Gazelle D'or, ridden by W.J. Lee and Little Queenie, ridden by Reese Holohan, where it appeared Tina's Indian had to take a check. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. G.M. Ryan stated that he had to take a check off heels but felt it did not affect his finishing position. W.J. Lee stated that he maintained his line. Reese Holohan stated that his mount was running around and became unbalanced. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards found Reese Holohan, was in breach of Rule 214 in that he had ridden carelessly, and having considered his clean record in this regard they suspended him for two racedays. Senior Rider C.D. Hayes accompanied Reese Holohan for this enquiry.
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Howd'yadoit, trained by G.M.Lyons, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
G.M. Ryan, rider of Tina's Indian, trained by Mark Fahey, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that he had to take a check inside the final furlong.
Reese Holohan, rider of Little Queenie, trained by Paul W. Flynn, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran around in the home straight.
152E Dino Day 8th July H'capJ.S. Dalton, rider of Sovereign Banter, trained by Andrew Slattery, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung right throughout.
C.D. Hayes, rider of Glen Breeze, trained by Patrick Magee, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount leaned left in the straight.
152G1 Racing Again Next Friday H'capThe Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Sweet Baby Zou (GB), trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident inside the final furlong, involving Onyeisi (GB), ridden by B.M. Coen and Coul Dore, ridden by L.F. Roche, where it appeared interference may have occurred. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. B.M. Coen stated that he went for the gap but that his horse was raw and not quick enough to take the gap, he further added this did not effect his finishing position. L.F. Roche stated that his mount was running around, was lonely in front and that he pulled his stick through to attempt to straighten him. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
The Raceday Stewards requested a report from W.R. Crawford, trainer, as to the apparent improvement in form of Coul Dore, placed second, as compared with its recent form. W.R. Crawford stated that the first time application of a hood and a positive ride, may have brought about the apparent improvement in form today. Having considered the report the Raceday Stewards noted the content.
152G2 Racing Again Next Friday H'capNicola Burns, rider of Deuteronomy, trained by R.P.Burns, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that her mount was slowly away.
W.J. Lee, rider of Copper Craft, trained by A. Oliver, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount stood on himself when leaving the starting stalls.
G.M. Ryan, rider of Swift Charm, trained by W.R. Crawford, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount rolled around in the home straight.
